A.: We don't have physical stores, our products can be purchased exclusively through our website: www.7venzone.com

3 - How long does it take for my product to arrive?
A.: Our average delivery time is 15 to 20 working days, which can be extended to up to 50 working days. *Due to Covid-19 and protective measures, the average time may be extended, as recent export and import protocols are being taken to ensure consistency and safety on the recommendation of the World Health Organization.

4 - Do you deliver to my region?
A.: We deliver throughout Portugal via CTT.

5 - What are the payment methods?
A.: We accept payments via MB Way, Multibanco and credit card.

6 - Can I pay in installments by boleto?
A.: We only accept installments by credit card.

7 - Can I generate a duplicate MB WAY?
A.: Yes, you can! Just keep an eye on your cell phone. If you haven't paid yet, we'll send you a link so that you can generate a new MB Way with an updated date. You can also contact us to request a new MB Way.

A.: Our suppliers are mostly from China, the Netherlands and the UK.
