Before sending any product for exchange or return, we recommend that you first contact our Customer Service Center at suporte@7venzone.com for guidance on how to proceed with the exchange or return.
Returns policy:
Withdrawal from Purchase:
If you made the purchase through the website www.7venzone.com and received the product in perfect condition, but are still not happy with the purchase, you can ask our Customer Service Center by e-mail: suporte@7venzone.com to cancel the purchase.
But be aware of the rules below.
Time limit for withdrawing from a purchase:
According to the rules of the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), customers who make purchases through online stores have up to 07 (seven) days after receiving the product to cancel the purchase.
Please note: The right of withdrawal is a real cooling-off period. Its purpose is to protect consumers from aggressive commercial practices and the fact that they are unaware of the product they have purchased. However, a cooling-off period is not to be confused with the possibility of testing a product.
The wish to cancel must be immediately communicated to the service provider, in accordance with the following rules:
The goods must be returned via CTT , to the sender address sent by our support.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all manuals.
The product must be returned with your proof of purchase.
The product must not show ANY signs of use.
ATTENTION: Products sent outside the above specifications will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Refunds:
Credit card: Refunds may be made on up to 2 subsequent invoices.
ATTENTION: Refunds will only be processed after the product(s) have been received and analyzed in our Distribution Center (the product must not show any signs of use).
NOTE: Any intention to cancel must be communicated to our Call Center before the product(s) are sent by means of a letter that must be enclosed with the product to be returned.
Otherwise, orders will not be accepted.
Exchange policy:
Regarding clothing and footwear: We do not exchange products that are the wrong size for the customer: We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products so that there is no error when choosing a size. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the shopkeeper to make exchanges for reasons of consumer regret as to color, size, model, or any other hypothesis. The right guaranteed to the customer by the Consumer Protection Code is to make exchanges only in the case of defective products.
Defective products
Product with alleged manufacturing fault:
The products sold by the 7venzone website enjoy a 90-day guarantee for natural manufacturing faults.

Return of Goods:
The goods must be sent via CTT to the address on the purchase label.
Return the product in its original packaging.
The customer must send the proof of purchase together with the product.
The customer must send a brief written account of the alleged defect to which the complaint refers, explaining how the product was used, how often, etc.
ATTENTION: Products sent outside the above specifications will not be accepted for defect analysis and will automatically be returned to the sender.
Analysis of product defects:
The assessment of defects will be carried out by our suppliers, from where we will receive the final report on the exchange request.
Average completion time: 15 working days after receipt of the product.
Report favorable to exchange:
The customer will receive a replacement for the same product at the address of origin, free of charge.
If the same model is not in stock, the customer will be notified and will be able to choose another model for exchange from the options on the site, respecting the credit limit.
If there is a price difference between the product chosen and the product complained of, the difference must be paid.
Report against exchange:
The product will be returned to the customer with the letter/report of disapproval, with no right to replacement.
Rejection items:
Absence of a defect (no evidence of damage pointed out by the customer).
Evidence of improper use of the product.
Evidence of accidental damage.
Natural wear and tear as a result of use.
Improper washing of the product.
Automatic cancellation of sale by 7venzone
Automatic cancellation of purchase:
Cancellation of the order and release of the products purchased at the initiative of 7venzone will be automatic in the following situations:
Impossibility of executing the charge corresponding to the purchase on the credit card.
Inconsistency of data filled in on the order.
Absence of stock.
Refunds by 7venzone will occur in the following situations:
Impossibility of delivery of the goods purchased, due to the non-existence of the delivery address as indicated by the buyer, or its non-accessibility. If delivery is impossible for this reason, the product will be returned to our Distribution Center and 7venzone will refund the price of the products, excluding freight costs.
In the event of a shortage of the goods purchased by the buyer on the site, due to sales of the product, the amounts paid will be refunded to the buyer, using the same means of payment used for the purchase. In these situations, the buyer will be notified of what has happened.
